A home Triatomic Oxygen Shock Treatment typically lasts from 4 to 8 hours depending on conditions including the degree of odors, size of house and floor plan. Treatments for individual rooms, cars, boats and trailers typically take from 1 to 2 hours.
Pet Treatments
Any urine or feces residues should receive a special enzyme treatment prior to Triatomic Oxygen treatment. If not broken down by enzymes, bacteria digest these residues and in the process create unpleasant odors. The Triatomic Oxygen Shock Treatment will kill any bacteria in the carpet and home, however, if the residues are not broken down, bacteria will re-infiltrate the residue over time, causing the odors to return. Enzymes are more effective than other chemicals and deodorizers as they actually break down any urine or feces residue, such that any returning bacteria then have nothing to digest, and cannot produce odors.
