Our odor treatments are comprehensive solutions and are guaranteed to be effective after the first treatment. If the odor returns within 3 months we will, at our discretion, perform a complimentary treatment to complete the odor removal or refund the entire purchase price.
The treatment will be considered fully successful if the source of the odor hasn't been removed or the source of the odor is reintroduced. eg. If an apartment was treated for cigarette smoke and the tenant chooses to reintroduce cigarette smoke to the environment; the treatment will be considered a success and this apartment will not qualify for complimentary retreatment or refund.
